Weddings / Receptions
Rates: All are based on a ten hour time allotment, in which the rehearsal is taken from.

Monday-Thursday            $1200.00
Friday                                 $1800.00
Saturday                            $2100.00
Sunday                              $1800.00

All-day plg. 7:00 - Midnight additional charge of $400.00

Rehearsal Dinners

                                           $1000.00 dollars for 5 hours of use at the estate with tables and chairs
                                            100.00 to have estate re-cleaned and $7.00 per use of each tablecloth.
                                            This applies only to lessees of the Hermitage Rippy Estate which are using
                                            Hermitage Rentals for their wedding day rentals.  Full rental prices apply to
                                            non-lessees for tables, chairs, tents, linens, etc...

A nonrefundable reservation deposit of one-half is required to hold the wedding / reception event date, and $500.00 nonrefundable reservation deposit for rehearsal dinners. This is applied toward the balance of the estate rental which is due 60 days prior to your event date.

All brides who have booked with the Hermitage Rippy Estate receive a two (2) hour Bridal Photography Session.
